Please note that once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages.

Due to the nature of our chocolate products, we are not responsible for melting or damage caused by weather conditions during transit. We recommend selecting expedited shipping when ordering in warmer climates.

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
